JEMS does not own, sell, book, or operate any accommodation, flight, transfer, tour, or other travel service, and does not process payments. When you decide to book, we refer you to independent third-party partners who provide and are solely responsible for those services and transactions.
JEMS earns a commission when you book through some of our partner links, at no additional cost to you. This helps keep JEMS free to use. Our recommendations are editorial; commission does not change the price you pay.
The concierge generates suggestions automatically and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. It is provided for convenience and inspiration only — not as professional travel, legal, financial, or relocation advice. Always confirm details (availability, price, terms, visa/immigration requirements) directly with the relevant provider or authority before relying on them.
Prices, availability, and listing details shown in JEMS are indicative and are set and controlled by third-party partners. They may change or be unavailable by the time you book. The partner's terms apply to your booking.
The JEMS name, design, curation, and content are owned by JEMS or its licensors. Listing photos and partner content belong to their respective owners.
JEMS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEMS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, from third-party bookings, or from reliance on concierge output. Your dealings with any travel partner are solely between you and that partner.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
