JEMS ("we", "us", "JEMS") operates justjems.com and the JEMS mobile app — a discovery tool and AI concierge for stays in Jamaica. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using JEMS you agree to this policy.

JEMS does not sell accommodations or process payments. We never collect or store your payment-card details. When you choose to book, you leave JEMS for a third-party travel partner who handles the transaction under their own privacy policy.

Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including deleting your account — at any time. Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or follow the steps on our account & data deletion page. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA) you may have additional rights, which we honor.

Children

JEMS is intended for adults (18+) planning travel. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
