Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your JEMS account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the JEMS app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are removed right away.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion:
Request account deletion
Send to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my JEMS account." We verify the request comes from the account email, then complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your account record and email address.
- Your saved/favorited stays and any concierge conversation history tied to your account.
- Any subscription association held on our side (cancel an active subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play so you aren't billed again).
What we keep
We may retain a minimal record only where required by law (for example, tax or fraud-prevention obligations), and anonymized, non-identifying usage statistics that can't be linked back to you. JEMS never stores your payment-card details — those are handled by the App Store, Google Play, or the travel partner you book with.
JEMS is a discovery tool and AI concierge; you can browse and search without an account. Deleting your account does not cancel bookings made with third-party travel partners — manage those directly with the partner.
